Are you “Best Buds” with the Pause Button Mentality?
We are all guilty of this to some degree…..
And I am no exception!
I still have to work on this at times even though I avoid this as a general rule.
I am talking about thinking about doing something, and then hitting the “Pause Button” rather than doing it.
Of course there are a ton of reasons to do this, all of which sound perfectly logical and reasonable to us at the time we do it.
Here’s the truth of the matter – these ‘reasons’ are really just excuses in disguise.
They derail us from action and accomplishment in our lives.
Because the truth is most of the time we NEVER come back to do the activity that we hit the Pause Button on.
We make promises to ourselves that we never keep.
If we do think about it again we will probably just have the same “good” reasons to hit the Pause Button again….
